Hello all! I'm wonderfully new to the world of blogging and this is my very first post! I created this blog as a way to document our adventures as we start up our very own, from scratch, organic, grass-fed, grass-finished beef ranch in Minnesota! I don't imagine that many people in the world will be that interested in the process but I'd thought I'd start one anyway! I will also be writing about my life as a stay at home mom to my rambunctious little toddler, and the realities of living life in Minnesota! Uffda! I hope that you decide to follow along on this greatest of adventures!
